Frankie Edgar has been fighting professionally for over 12 years. It wasn't until recently that Edgar started to focus on his strength and conditioning program. Heading into the featherweight championship fight with Max Holloway, Frankie sought out the team at Reach Your Potential Training (RYPT) in Tinton Falls, NJ to help him reach his goals.
